The Salesman that first came out to give us a quote, and Ken, the fellow who Did the repairs and installations were both very professional and helpful. Ken wore a mask, and removed his shoes as I had originally requested. He was very good at his job, and you could tell he took pride in his work. IWR was nothing short of professional! I had them out to repair a large plate glass window that spontaneously cracked. After installation I had issue with the perfection of the glass and they were beyond accommodating to make the issue right. Each touch point, from their office coordinator to the installation guys, was spot on. If you have a window repair need I highly recommend this team. Everyone I dealt with while getting new glass for my windows was competent and courteous. The two men who came to my home also helped with two issues that were quickly dealt with, and for which I was not charged. I will definitely call them again if I have an additional window issue.
